ORDERS

• Orders made on Monday - Friday will be processed/ shipped out within 1 - 3 days working days after payment confirmation.

• Orders made on Saturday - Sunday will be processed on the following working day (excluding holidays).

• Deliveries on weekends & major holidays are available upon request*

SHIPPING RULES

 

The Beaura is not responsible for the risk of lost or damaged merchandise(s) after delivery has been confirmed. In the case of incomplete or misspelled address, please directly contact our courier.

 

You will be notified before the deliveries via instant message (ONLY for Gojek/ Grab delivery/ local courier); please make sure there will be a recipient on the day of delivery. In the event where recipient is unavailable, cannot be contacted or product is not possible to be dropped at the location once the courier driver has arrived at the given address, your order will automatically be sent back to our address and a handling fee will be incurred.

No instant message notifications will be given for shipment via JNE/ TIKI.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
